产品描述

本产品是使用SYBR GreenI 嵌合荧光法进行qPCR的专用试剂。核心组分是基于抗体法制备的热启动DNA聚合酶，配合针对qPCR优化的反应缓冲液，可以有效抑制非特异性扩增，显著提高扩增效率，从而对靶基因进行准确定量。同时，使用UDG酶和dUTP有效防止PCR产物的交叉污染，数据更准确。本产品中含有特殊的ROX Reference Dye，适用于所有qPCR仪器，无需在不同的仪器上调整ROX的浓度，只需在配制反应体系时加入引物、模板和水即可进行反应。
