产品描述

本产品是使用SYBR GreenI 嵌合荧光法进行qPCR的专用试剂。核心组分是基于抗体法制备的热启动DNA聚合酶，配合针对qPCR优化的反应缓冲液，可以有效抑制非特异性扩增，显著提高扩增效率，从而对靶基因进行准确定量。本产品为2 ×预混试剂，使用时只需加入模板、引物、R O XReference Dye（根据qPCR仪选择）和水，使其工作浓度为1×，即可进行反应。
